I made this Gymnastics Themed Birthday Cake for an 8 year old gymnast. Everything is edible, including the figure on the balance beam. Balance beam and little girl is made from MMF (Marshmallow Fondant). I mixed cocoa powder in the fondant to get brown colored hair. It’s a 3 layer cake that is chocolate cake with chocolate cream cheese frosting.
