I had so much fun making this 3 tier Halloween birthday cake. The pumpkin bottom is a chocolate 10 inch double layer with orange butter cream frosting. The face was cut out from black fondant.
The middle Frankenstein layer is a 8 inch chocolate double layer and the face and hair is also cut from black fondant. The top layer was baked in a small glass bowl that is 4 inches in diameter. It is chocolate covered in black butter cream frosting piped out with a large star tip. The legs are black liquorish cut into and stuck into to sides. The ghost is made of white fondant.
