Cool Homemade Stuffed Handbag Birthday Cake

This was a Handbag Birthday Cake I made for my sister. It’s a chocolate cake with a chocolate ganash filling then covered in fondant icing.

I was short of time so rather than colouring my icing I just painted the iced cake with food colouring.

The cake is made from a 16inch square cake and was fun to do as it also held some real toiletries which was her pressie, so saved me wrapping them.
