Coolest Hannah Guitar Cake

This Hannah Guitar Cake was a request for a Girl’s 7th Birthday. She’s a huge Hannah Fan. This was my first attempt on a Guitar and I was pleased with the results, even if the making made me almost crazy.

I had a friend of mine draw an outline for the guitar. I transferred it onto wax paper. The cake was cut out of 3 square 9×13 cakes. It was all chocolate (birthday girl wish) and chocolate buttercream. I then covered it with fondant, which I wasn’t happy with at all. So I ended up covering it with purple frosting. All the other accents are made of fondant.

The strings I made out of spaghetti. The birthday girl loved it.
