We wanted to make a cake to celebrate the new HP movie coming out and decided to actually make the book Harry uses in Potions. This Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince Cake was the first time I ever used fondant in a cake. I used it for the binding, pages, and so I could paint and write the titles.
