I made this heart shaped cake for my best friend who asked me to make a cake for her Mom from her baby daughter. I used 2 heart shaped pan with 1 box yellow cake mix. I made a lemon icing as she requested. First time I made one, it was tasty! I then tinted some of the icing blue and used a shell tip for the top and bottom border. I also used my italic letters for the writing and used the rest if the blue icing for the writing.
I colored a small amount red, made a heart and wrote her daughter’s name in red. I then used a tip that made small flowers and put some on top of the cake and some on the sides of the cake. Her mom has no idea I made the cake so she should be surprised! Enjoy!
