My daughter loves Cinderella so I decided to make her a Cinderella birthday cake for her 3rd birthday. I used the Pampered Chef large glass measuring bowl which made the perfect shape for her dress.
I also made a 9 1/2 in round cake that I used as her platform. I put fondant around the edging of the base, placed the dress cake on top and used regular icing that I colored blue for her dress. Then with the fondant I made the side panels, bow in the back and the dress for her torso.
She was such a big hit at the party and the look on my daughter’s face when we brought the cake out was priceless. She was so happy and asked “is this for me”. I can’t wait to use my bowl again to make a Belle Cake next.
