This homemade Clown Birthday cake consisted of a 10″ round cake for the face, and a 9″ x 13″ cake from which the hat was cut.
I used blue and golden yellow icing to make the variegated hat rim and tassle. The hat itself was decorated with light blue icing with a swirl pattern in yellow icing added on top. The facial features were piped on using buttercream icing.
