It was fun to make this doll cake, although it took me a lot of time. I’m a first-timer and it didn’t come out the way I wanted but I’m still proud of it and people said it was nice. The decorations I made were far from what I planned so I just went with the flow and the ideas that came to mind.
I made the mini cupcakes as well and then I thought that I could put the doll cake in a round lid and then put the mini cakes around.
I made the cake for the birthday of my 2-year-old cousin and I hope you like my first cake design. I also want to make more designs because I find it fun and I love baking and cooking.
I didn’t enter my cake just because of the contest and prize, I wanted to show my work. But if I get the chance to win I will use the money to buy a proper oven so I can explore my baking skills. Right now I only use a mini toaster-over, but with it I can do a lot of different treats (but I have to keep them small because the toaster-oven is small).
