I used an Elmo cake pan for this Homemade Elmo Birthday Cake. For his fur I used red food color and coconut. His nose is a large gum drop and his
eyes are rolled out of taffy with a licorice berry as the black.
The Ice Cream is rolled out and cut/shaped taffy. The hat is strips of sour/sugar candy purchased in bulk section. Fuzzy Hat topper is green coconut. I used a tube of black decorators frosting to make his mouth.
All around him are dots of candy.
