Hannah’s body for this Homemade Hannah Montana Birthday Cake, is (3) or (4) 6″ round cakes with a hole cut into the middle of each big enough for a Hannah doll to fit inside then stacked and frosted and carved down to look kinda like a triangle. Wrap the doll in saran wrap and wrap hair up also so frosting doesn’t get in hair. Then slide doll in the opening.
After frosting, wrap cake in fondant then make the top of the dress in fondant, make sure all seams are in the back.
Now the guitar is a rectangle pan that I laid a guitar stencil that we cut out of paper and cut around it taking off all excess cake. Then frost the sides and cover in fondant. The stars and knobs are fondant and the strings are sewing thread. The neck of the guitar is from a plastic guitar that we just pushed into the cake after it was done.
