My son is turning 3 and wanted a Go Diego Go cake, at first I was really intimidated but thanks to looking at the great cakes on this site I decided to give it a try and make my own Homemade Go Diego Go Waterfall Birthday Cake!
It was really easy, I used a 13X9 yellow cake, and a 9″ Octagon shaped cake for the ‘mountain’. I tinted icing green for the grass, used chocolate for the dirt and tinted some blue for the ‘waterfall’. I got the two plastic trees and rocks from my sons toy box (washed thoroughly!).
I used pretzels for the ‘trees’. I purchased the Diego and Baby Jaguar characters from a a boxed bath gift set. I used goldfish crackers for the ‘fish’ in the falls.
