For this Horse Birthday Cake Design I traced a picture of a horse head, baked 2 12x 14 sponge cakes and cut out the shape. I then put some pieces of sponge on the cake to make the raised features of the horses head and covered it in chocolate fondant icing . I used a jelly bean for its eye.
