I made this Ladybird cake for a 5 year old girl. The cake is made in a 2lb oven proof bowl. I covered the cake in butter icing and then with red rolled icing, face and spots from black icing, antlers from liquorish sticks and small ball of icing for the ends fixed to cake with 2 candy sticks.
I marked the red icing down the middle with the back of a knife. Placed the black spots at equal spaces on each side of the body. White and black icing was used for the eyes. Yellow was used for the flower, made small cones and rolled out each cone to make a petal. I piped the message on the petals.
