My son requested the Lion King Cake for his 3rd birthday and I was stressing as cake decorating is not my best characteristic but I decided that I would do this. However, I cheated, and bought the characters but constructed the 3 tier cake.
The fondant was a homemade marshmallow fondant which I think tasted good and the name was made from sugarpaste. It turned out better than I expected!!!
