Coolest Little Mermaid Birthday Cake

This Little Mermaid Birthday Cake was a cake I made for my boss, who loves the Little Mermaid. I used a 20cm square tin and a Wilton doll tin for the rock she is standing in. Filled with chocolate frosting and iced in butter cream.

Was a big hit with all the girls at work.
