Coolest Little Mermaid Birthday Cake

This Little Mermaid Birthday cake was created especially for Tierney because I think she’s one of Ariel the Mermaid’s biggest fans.

I constructed this three-tiered wonder to represent Ariel pulling herself up onto a rock of cake, where she sits comfortably. The flavor of cake is “Red Velvet” and everything on this “tower-of-art” is edible except Ariel. I had the joy of creating this for Tierney because she’s such a princess herself; she was totally overwhelmed and very happy when she saw her cake.
