I made this Mafia birthday cake and cup cakes for my son in law on his mafia themed birthday. I am not a professional baker. I do it for my family only. I work as a school principal and get very less time to make themed cakes. My daughter asked me to make this cake.
I used Betty Crocker’s chocolate and French vanilla cake mix and home made banana filling. I made marshmallow fondant to make the details. I live in Pakistan and very few cake accessories, especially the food colors are available here so at times it becomes difficult to make many things I wish to make. I enjoyed making this cake but did not feel good when I was making blood around the knives. When my daughter saw the cake she was very excited. All the guests at the party were amazed. Both my daughter and son in law were thankful to me for making this cake and this was my success.
