I made this Mario 5th Birthday Cake for my son’s birthday. I baked 2 trays of 9×13 inch cake. Put them together with some jam and iced the sides of the cake using Wilton green color paste. I iced the top with the Wilton grass tip for the grass effect.
I made the number 5 by using crushed Oreo cookies and Tic Tacs on top. The Mario figurine are stored bought and the rest of the decorations are done using pre made icing rolled into mushrooms.
