I made this Mens shirt cake for my boyfriend’s birthday. I just bought two mud cakes and cut them into the rectangle size for the gift box I had bought. I made the tie section before hand using orchard icing and food colouring, and then simple covered the mud cake with white orchard icing.
I also pre made the collar out of white orchard icing. I actually saw this cake off an American magazine cake website, and then just used tissue paper in the lining of the box to make it look more real. My boyfriends first reaction was..’but I don’t really wear shirts?!
