We made this Mickey and Minnie Mouse Cake for my daughter’s 3rd birthday party. We used a Mickey mouse cake pan, simply followed the directions that came with the Mickey Mouse cake pan for both Mickey and Minnie mouse. Then we needed to add a bow to make Minnie. I made the bow out of a sugar cookie and piped pink frosting on it.
My daughter is a Mickey mouse clubhouse fanatic. She was absolutly tickled to death with these cakes. She didn’t even want us to cut them when it came time to eat cake and ice cream. My mother in law has always made my kids cakes but this year I decided to try and get in on the action and learn something, and I’m glad I did. These were some adorable cakes, and my daughter loved it. They were a big hit, everyone was complimenting how cute these cakes were!
