I made this Mickey Mouse birthday cake for my son’s 2nd birthday! We just got back from Disneyworld so he was in love with Mickey Mouse.
I used an 8 inch cake pan for the face circle. Then I used 2 smaller casserole circle dishes to bake the ears. I used chocolate icing, tinted black for the ears and the top part of the face. I used vanilla icing with a very small amount of yellow to color the beige on Mickey’s face.
I filled in the eyes with white icing, black star tip for the pupils and nose. I used a black circle tip for the outline of the mouth, and red star tip for the tongue. My son was very happy with the turnout!
