Coolest Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Birthday Cake

My little boy is in love with Mickey Mouse. He watches him almost daily before daycare, so it was no surprise he wanted a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse cake. I found some good ideas right here on this site and I thought I would share my attempt with you.

The cake is simply a sheet cake with green icing.

The red part of the club house and the shoe are cake covered with fondant icing; the black head and ears are the foam forms from the craft department with a light coating of black spray paint applied. I also used small dowels to hold the ears onto the head and hold the head onto the lower piece of clubhouse cake.

I made green icing bushes and added M&M’s as fruit. I completed the look with a Mickey and Goofy topper.
