It’s my daughter’s 5th birthday. She loves princesses. I baked princesses cakes for both my daughters since their 1st celebration.
This time round I bake a Mini Princess Birthday Cake as I was so busy. I’ve been haunting for a small princess doll but couldn’t find any till I saw this cute doll used as handphone strip!
As usual I used premix Betty Crocker – Yellow Cake. I used mini mould for skirt and using butter cream icing (vanilla flavor), sprinkle colour sugar on the skirts plus adding some tiny flowers as finishing touch.
