My granddaughter Harlee is a HUGE fan of Minnie Mouse. Everything she owns has Minnie on it. Her bedroom walls, her bedding, clothing, whatever it may be it has Minnie Mouse on it. She turned 3 on September 11, 2011 and she informed me she wanted her birthday cake to match her Minnie Mouse (of course) birthday outfit. So what do you tell your 3 year old granddaughter but anything other than OK baby girl you got it!
I really enjoyed making this cake for her and it matched her outfit perfectly, and to see the look on her face will remain with me forever. It took us quite a while to convince her to let us cut it, but she finally gave in.
She will be turning 4 on September 11, 2012 and she informed me that she wants another Minnie Mouse cake and I have know ideas how I am going to top last year’s cake. So I am submitting last years cake with her picture in her birthday outfit. ENJOY!!
