I made this Minnie Mouse Birthday Cake Design recently for a little girl’s birthday using the Mickey Mouse Wilton Cake Pan. I just changed the design a bit and filled in a dress, eye lashes etc to make it Minnie instead of Mickey. So easy with loads of pink icing and glitter.
The cake was just made from my usual vanilla sponge recipe and topped with buttercream. I also added some cupcakes just for a nice extra touch. The little girl was so pleased with it.
