My niece turned 3 this year, she asked for a Minnie Mouse Birthday Cake Design! So, of course Aunt Casey had to make it for her. I made a 12inch round, 2 9inch rounds (1 cake for me hehe) and 1 6inch round. My first ever fondant cake I was inspired by a picture off the internet. I had her mom help get the supplies that were needed.
They were chocolate cakes with chocolate mouse toppings covered in fondant, colors white, pink and black! After all the work, and that candles blown out, the slices served, nothing was left. She loved it! They loved it! I enjoyed making it, Love you fatgirl (that is her nick name)! I used a toy for the topper and we got the candles and holders at Walmart, me and fatgirl changed out the red ones for the pink polka dot ones! She loved that/
