This Mod Monkey Cake is two banana sheet cakes with cream cheese icing made for the base. The middle was two 9″ round chocolate cakes. I then made an additional 6″ cake to form the top monkey tier which was solely for the birthday boy.
I used coloured fondant to make the circles and monkey faces.
