This Homemade Monster Energy Drink Cake was requested by a dear friend of mine. I was so excited to do this Lo Carb Monster Energy Drink because that’s what my husband and I like as well.
The cake is made up of five 6″ rounds, white cake with cream cheese buttercream. There are two cake boards and dowels through this cake because it was a huge “monster” of a cake.
The best way to cover a vertical cylinder in fondant is, after buttercream coat has hardened, measure the amount of fondant needed as closely as possible and wrap it sideways. On the seam, I simply piped black buttercream over it and you couldn’t even see it!
This was a hit at their party!
