My Mom actually made this homemade monster truck cake. It was 2 slab cakes but one of them broke so she crumbled it up and put it on-top of the other slab cake. I drizzled brown sugar icing over it and then I took a jar of chocolate icing and made a muddy road. I added green icing to look like grass to the places where the cake was showing and stuck on a few small monster trucks that I had bought. It was super easy and everyone loved it!
