I couldn’t find this Ni Hao Kai Lan Cake anywhere, so I decided to ask a friend of mine if she could come up with something( she is very creative and bakes cakes for special occasions). This is what she came up with.
It was a white cake with strawberry filling. She iced it and used fondant icing to create Kai Lan. She also brought along panda bear cupcakes made of yellow cake with chocolate icing and decorated with oreo cookies!! Myself and my 4yr. old were both VERY excited when we saw these cakes!! Everyone loved them!
