For this cake I made one large round cake, plus one smaller dome shaped cake. The nose section was made from off cuts from the dome. After joining the three pieces together with a layer of butter icing, I iced it all in green butter icing. The eyes and mouth were cut from rolled out fondant icing. Eyes, nose and teeth were painted on using gel colouring. Too easy!
