I made this Penguin Birthday Cake for my son’s first birthday! I layered seven eight inch rounds and sculpted the top 2/3 for the head/upper body. The sculpting was a challenge since I’d never done it before! I used fondant for the belly and eyes and black frosting for the body.
While not a masterpiece, it was the hit of the party!!
I think that is so cute. I need to try using the fondant myself. You did a good job. Keep it up!
I have been looking at lots of Penguin cakes and think this is one of the best, keep baking x
