Coolest Pink Polka Dot Mickey Cake

I made this Pink Polka Dot Mickey Cake for my 2 year old daughter…we just came back from Disney and I knew I wanted to make her a Mickey cake! And, I also wanted it to be girly, so that is where the pink polka dots come in! I used homemade marshmallow fondant. This was the 2nd time I decorated a cake with it and I am very pleased. Everyone loved how it tasted too. I colored the pink and black with Wilton gel coloring. I used a cookie cutter to cut out the Mickey head and the number 2 and circle cutters for the dots. I cut out the letters on my own using a knife to cut the fondant. I also made Mickey head and number 2 circle cookies and decorated them with the fondant also.

Everything was a big hit and it was all gone after the party!!
