This “pizza” birthday cake is 16″. It was vanilla cake, topped with a mixture of strawberry and raspberry spread. I added a little red food coloring to the spread. I also used cookies for pepperoni, which I airbrushed to make it look more realistic.
The “cheese” was a combo of grated, white chocolate and coconut. The black olives were made of MMF that I rolled out and cut. The crust was made by using cake as I do for cake pops, and shaping it around the edge, and airbrushed. Not difficult at all to make, and tastes delish!
