I made this Pokemon cake for a birthday, and it was really easy to make. I found a picture of Jigglypuff on the Internet and used that as a guide. I made two round 9 inch cakes out of rainbow chip box mixes. I used one for the body and cut up the other one for the ears and legs.
I mixed red food coloring into white frosting to get the pink color. I attached the ears and legs using the pink frosting and covered the whole thing with it. The eyes were done using white icing that came in a squeeze packet, which helped get the circle shape. The blue in the eyes is blue sprinkles outlined by white food gel. I used black food gel for the ears, mouth, hair, and outline.
It took about two hours to bake and decorate and turned out good for my first Jigglypuff cake!
