This Present Birthday Cake is a Gluten Free cake which I made for my Mother in Laws 50th birthday. It is a Gluten Free Victoria sponge, covered in white fondant. I made the bow out of fondant (I am not very happy with it, but it is my first attempt at one and I know where I went wrong for next time). I then cut different size circles out and put 50’s on the larger ones.
What did you learn about the bow for next time? I’ve never done a bow and am going to give it a try.
