I love doing doll cakes, so when my friend asked me to make his daughter’s birthday cake I was so excited! The body was baked in a 5 quart Kitchenaid mixer bowl, and an additional 9 inch round. I marbled white MMF with blue food coloring for the ocean. The mermaid tail was MMf molded and stamped with a home made scaling tool. The body was dusted with green and blue shimmer, and the ocean was dusted with blue shimmer and disco dust. Very fun cake to make!
