I purchased two cakes boxes. Any flavor your little one desires for this Princess Belle Birthday Cake.
The bottom layer is a 9 X 13 cake mold, second layer is a 6 in. round cake mold, top layer is a kiddie bowl covered in foil then wrapped with a princess ribbon around it (can purchase ribbon at Walmart). Whatever is left from the 6 in cake mix, use for cupcakes. I purchased silver paper cupcakes, so that the towers have some shine.
Icing – purchase 2 large whipped white fluffy icings. Use food coloring of your choice. I used pastel blue for the bottom layer and purple for the second layer.
Layer your cakes. Use 4 cupcakes, one for each corner. Frost the cupcakes. Frost sugar cones then roll in white or colored sparkles or sprinkles.
I used colored marshmallows to decor around the cake. Cut off the tip of the cones and insert flags, make sure to have a marshmallow in between. Flags are easy to make. Cut Princess ribbon, glue with glue gun onto a toothpick. (Be careful not to burn yourself).
Finally, purchase a cake topper of your favorite princess and sprinkle the rest of the cake with any sprinkle you like. I used stars. I also used a sparkle jell around the cupcakes, the second cake and to write her name.
This is a really easy cake to make. My daughter loved it! Hope your child does too. Happy Baking.
