I made this Princess Castle Birthday Cake for my friend’s daughter. It was her 3rd birthday and she loves all things girly. So I decided to try my hand at the castle cake. I made a square and a round Madeira cake which I placed one on top of the other. I covered in white icing and just built the cake up from there. All is edible.
I have learned a few things whilst making this cake which will hopefully make my next castle much more efficient.
