Coolest Princess Castle Cake

The turrets on the princess castle cake were made from gumtex, wrapped around kitchen roll cardboard.

There are 3 tiers, bottom and top are vanilla with vanilla buttercream filling, the middle cake is chocolate all covered with ivory fondant finished off with royal icing flowers and vines.

To make it sparkly I covered the completed cake with ivory lustre dust.
