I made this Quagmire cake for my husband’s co-worker. He is a huge fan and we wanted to surprise him for his birthday. I made a 10in cake as the base and frosted it blue. Then I baked another 10in round cake.
I printed a picture of him from the internet to use as a guide. I cut the cake in the shape of his head. Then I free-handed his outlined details and filled in with stars.
Overall, it was pretty easy and a big success. This was my first character cake ever.
