My daughter is obsessed with Rapunzel from Tangled. She was adamant that she wanted “really long hair”. I created this Rapunzel cake using a simple round cake pan and cupcakes to create braid-like hair. I used boxed cake mixes and frosting, with some tubes for effects. The hardest part was finding a board big enough for all of the “hair”. I used 2 cutting boards covered with aluminum foil.
