This was my first attempt at making a shaped cake. This roller skate cake was made for my daughter’s 9th birthday that was held at our local skating rink. She loves to skate so it was the perfect cake.
It is made from a 13×9 cake pan with white cake and vanilla frosting. I cut the cake out from a picture that I found online and used cookie cutter to cut wheels.
