This Rose Garden Theme Handbag Cake is an red velvet cake covered with Kulfi ice-cream and melted chocolate. The red velvet cake is baked in a rectangular baking pan, and then cut exactly into two halves and stacked together vertically to give an handbag appearance.
Keep the ice cream out to reach room temperature (this is just enough to get it to spreadable consistency) and then spread a layer of ice cream over the cake and put it back into the freezer for a couple of hours.
After the ice-cream solidifies, pour hot melted chocolate over it. Before the chocolate solidifies stick in a few gummy worms and roses (made out of marzipan) and keep it to freeze again.
