I made this Scooby Dooby Doo cake for my daughter’s 7th birthday party. It’s got 2 layers made from a total of 4 cake mixes. The neat scalloped edges come from the disposable 9X12 roasting pan!
The frosting is just powdered sugar and water. I free hand the design from the cover of a coloring book. It got lots of compliments and most importantly, my little girl loved it!
