This Scuba Diver birthday cake was a cake for my nephew. He wanted a marble cake so I used alternating 1/4 cup batter method to make it look like waves inside.
The cake is covered in rolled marshmallow fondant and the diver and fish are a gum paste/ fondant mixture.
