I made this Skully (Jake and the Neverland Pirates) cake for my daughter’s 4th birthday. I used a picture off the net which I blew up and cut out for the stencil of the cake. I baked one large rectangle cake then using the stencil I made cut around it to get the right shape. Then I iced according to the picture. I went out and found some blue and red feathers which I used for his tail.
