I got the idea for this snake cake from this website! I made this for my brother’s birthday. He loves snakes and has 2 as pets!
I made this cake with 2 bundt cakes cut in half with both ends shaved down a little bit. I mixed green food coloring for the icing and Wilton blue spray icing. The baby snakes (gummi worms) are nesting in crumbled yellow cake sprayed blue. The markings on the snake are mini M&M’s and purple gel icing. The tongue is cut out of red card stock.
The eyes are brown mini M&M’s. I sprinkled yellow Wilton icing flakes all around the snake.
