Coolest Soap Box Derby Cake

This Soap Box Derby Cake is a full sheet cake frosted with buttercream. I used crushed Oreo’s for the road. The stars and the derby cars are made out of fondant. They were made to resemble the 3 types of Soap Box Derby cars.
